Absolutely! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every order. If you are not completely happy with the results, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will rewash your order at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we won't rest until you're happy.

It's simple! Book your pickup online, choose your preferred date and time window, and we'll come straight to your door. You don't even need to be home — just leave your laundry bag outside and we'll collect it. Once your laundry is cleaned and folded, we deliver it right back to your door, usually within 24 hours.

Never. Every single order at QueensPress Laundry is washed completely separately. Your clothes are never mixed with another customer's order. We take hygiene seriously and this is a promise we make to every customer.

Yes! We offer same day delivery as a paid add-on at checkout for an additional $15.00. To qualify for same day delivery, your pickup must be scheduled before 10:00 AM. We also offer Express Next Morning delivery for $9.99 if you need it back first thing the following day.
